TERMS & CONDITIONS

Clear expectations for using our website and working with us.

Last updated: September 18, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Omni Fusions website. Project-specific services are normally governed by the proposal, statement of work, invoice, contract or other written agreement accepted for that engagement. If a project agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement controls for that project.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes, including learning about our services, viewing selected work and contacting us about a potential project. You may not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, interfere with security features or use website content in a way that infringes applicable rights.

Service enquiries and proposals

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed. Scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, revision terms and other project details are confirmed separately in writing before work begins.

Payments and project terms

Payment schedules, deposits, milestones, recurring fees and any late-payment or cancellation terms are set out in the applicable proposal, invoice or agreement. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, website information is not a binding quote.

Client materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to any logos, copy, footage, images, fonts, trademarks, data or other materials supplied to Omni Fusions for use in a project.

Intellectual property

Ownership and usage rights for project deliverables are determined by the relevant project agreement. Omni Fusions retains rights in its pre-existing tools, methods, know-how and reusable systems unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

Portfolio use

Where permitted by the applicable project agreement and confidentiality obligations, Omni Fusions may reference completed public work in its portfolio or marketing materials. Confidential work is not intentionally published without appropriate permission.

Third-party services

Some projects may rely on hosting platforms, software, plugins, stock assets, APIs or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing, availability and policies, which may change independently of Omni Fusions.

No guarantee of specific business results

We aim to deliver professional creative and technical work, but we cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as revenue, traffic, rankings, audience growth, sales or conversion rates unless a written agreement explicitly states otherwise.

Limitation and project agreements

Any warranties, limitations of liability, indemnities, dispute terms or governing-law provisions that apply to a paid engagement should be read together with the applicable written project agreement and mandatory law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these website terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page.
